Was There An Explosion At the Fordo Nuclear Site in Iran?

Since this morning I have been contacted by numerous reporters asking whether the WND report about an alleged explosion at the Iranian nuclear site in Fordo is true.

The answer I have given to all reporters has been: no idea. It could be true or it could be nothing more than a figment of someone’s imagination. I recommend that you wait until the story has been corroborated by other sources. When it comes to this type of report, you need to have at least two credible sources, if not more.

But then I saw this report today which stated:

“Israel’s Home Front Defense Minister Avi Dichter on Sunday welcomed a report that Iran’s Fordo nuclear facility had been rocked by a huge explosion.”

The same report then goes on to say:

“Asked about the story, Dichter said, “Any explosion in Iran that doesn’t hurt people but hurts its assets is welcome.”

Although this is not a confirmation, nevertheless, it adds a very interesting angle to the story.

If the story turns out to be true, and I emphasize the word IF, it could explain why the Iranian regime has been procrastinating recently with the P5+1.

During the last few weeks the P5+1 has been trying to set a date and place with Iran for the next round of negotiations, to no avail. Much to the dissapointment of the P5+1, the Iranian side has been unwilling to commit.

This is just an assumption which could explain Iran’s unwillingness to attend the talks, if there really was an explosion at Fordo.

For now we have to wait for confirmation of the story by other sources in the press.

it has some overlapping. I just wanted to give you a quick
